Refund & Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Please email us to inform the reason that you want to make a return.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Products, and make a confirmation of its condition. We will use PayPal for the return of the payment.
The sender’s name needs to be the same as the PayPal account.
We will refund you the amount of the Products which the shipping fee and import duty are not included.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Products were purchased in the last 14 days

The Products are in the original packaging

The following Products cannot be returned:

The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We will make a confirmation of its condition, and there might be a charge if the Products are damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Please check your local legality of the products before placing an order. We are not responsible for legal issues of the products in your country.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost (backward shipping fee, import duty) and risk of returning the Products to Us.
